Apr\u00e8s avoir commenc\u00e9 par un maximum en apn\u00e9e dynamique, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses conseils et son entra\u00eenement, nous avons tous pu progresser . Certains ont pu enchainer 45 secondes d&rsquo;apn\u00e9e statique avec 25 m d&rsquo;apn\u00e9e dynamique et ont fini par 3 fois 25 m \u00e0 la suite en prenant seulement 1 inspiration entre 2 longueurs.
